Yummy But Healthy Dinner! Under 400 Calories!


This was my dinner for tonight! Now If I had used a splash of Lemon 4 dressing, it could have been even healthier but I did a bit more cardio & weight training when I came home!

Here is the Break Down:
Trader Joe's - Les Salades Du Midi Butter Lettuce & Radicchio, 2.5 cups Trader Joe's - Mac N Cheese Bites, 2 bites Trader Joes - Colossal Butterflied Shrimp In Garlic and Herbs, 4 shrimp about 3.5 oz Kraft - Free Ranch (Fat Free Ranch Dressing), 1.5 tbsp (34g) Egg-Hard Boiled - 1 Egg, 1 egg

A few Cranberries

Total Meal: 363g (Calories) 33g (carbs) 19g(fat) 43g (protein) 10g(sugar)

*It's now 12:21am & I ate this at 9:00pm & I'm still satiated, You can find some of those carbs in 1 cereal Bar*

It only took about 20 min to pre-pare after my workout! 15 to bake shrimp & Mac Balls. 5 min to pre-pare organic salad. All products from Trader Joe's!! :)
