And you Can Throw in Some Egg Whites for some extra Protein & if you can't do without bread. Make it "whole wheat" or better yet try "Ezekiel bread (sprouted grain". Just no white! Not even 1 slice! Bad carbs enter blood stream quicker turning to Glucose & get stored as fat!
