Before being introduced to the "Zumba Fitness" Program I was shy, depressed and of course overweight.
I had joined a gym about 3 1/2 years ago and I was growing bored of the fitness equipment until I met a wonderful fitness instructor by the name of "Kendra Hyson"!
She introduced me to the "Zumba" program and from there I have been hooked.
This program is perfect for those who want a moderate to high paced workout but have fun while doing it!
I'm so thankful for the Zumba program! It has changed my outlook on life and has made me a Healthier & Happier Person!
